At SafeCureHome we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that buying products for an elderly parent is an important decision and we stand fully behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied we are here to help.
OUR 30 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
We offer a full 30 day return guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return please follow these simple steps:
Step 1 — Email us at safecurehome@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
Step 2 — Include your order number and the reason for your return in the email
Step 3 — We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days
REFUND OPTIONS
We offer the following refund options depending on your situation:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
- Replacement product if the item arrived damaged or defective
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging where possible
- You must provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described please contact us immediately at safecurehome@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund with no need to return the item. We take full responsibility for any items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item please contact us at safecurehome@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately at no extra cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of us confirming it please check your bank account again and contact your bank or card provider as it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you have done this and still have not received your refund please contact us at safecurehome@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned once opened unless they are defective:
- Pill organisers and medication management products that have been used
RETURN SHIPPING
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we will cover all return shipping costs.
