ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are working on expanding to Canada and the UK in the near future.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. Orders under $30 are charged a flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at safecurehome@gmail.com.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly so please contact us as soon as possible at safecurehome@gmail.com if you need to make a change or cancellation. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to accommodate your request. If it has already been dispatched you are welcome to return it under our 30 day returns policy.

Q: Are your products suitable for elderly people with limited hand strength or arthritis?
A: Yes. All of our products are specifically chosen with elderly users in mind. Our pill organiser has large easy press buttons, our reacher grabber has a soft ergonomic grip and our personal safety alarm is simple to activate with one pull. If you have a specific question about a product please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Q: How loud is the alarm on the pill organiser?
A: The pill organiser alarm is loud enough to be heard clearly in a quiet room and also features a vibration alert which is ideal for elderly users who are hard of hearing. The alarm volume and schedule can be programmed easily using the buttons on the device.
Q: How many alarms can I set on the pill organiser?
A: Depending on the variant you choose you can set between 4 and 6 daily alarms. This covers the majority of medication schedules. Each alarm can be set to a specific time and will sound and vibrate until acknowledged.
Q: Does the motion sensor night light need batteries?
A: No. Our motion sensor night light plugs directly into any standard US wall outlet. It requires no batteries and no charging — simply plug it in and it works automatically, turning on in the dark and switching off in daylight.
Q: How does the motion sensor night light work?
A: The night light uses a built in light sensor to detect when the room is dark and automatically switches on. It switches off automatically when natural or artificial light increases. There are no switches or buttons needed making it completely effortless for elderly users.
Q: Is the personal safety alarm easy for elderly people to use?
A: Yes. The personal safety alarm is designed to be as simple as possible. A single pull of the cord activates a loud alarm immediately. It can be worn around the neck or wrist or attached to a bag or walking frame. No buttons or complicated instructions required.
Q: Can the reacher grabber tool be used by someone with arthritis?
A: Yes. Our reacher grabber has a soft foam grip handle that is gentle on arthritic hands. The trigger mechanism requires minimal pressure to operate. It is also lightweight at under 200 grams so it does not cause strain during regular use.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a full 30 day return guarantee on all products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Please see our full Returns Policy page for details.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at safecurehome@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage as soon as possible. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we confirm your refund it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Q: What is included in the Medication Safety Kit bundle?
A: The Medication Safety Kit includes our Smart Pill Organiser with Alarm and Vibration and our Easy Pill Cutter. Together these two products give your parent everything they need to manage their medication safely and independently at home. The bundle saves you $7.99 compared to buying both products individually.
Q: What is included in the Complete Safety Kit bundle?
A: The Complete Safety Kit includes all five of our products — the Smart Pill Organiser with Alarm and Vibration, the Motion Sensor Plug-in Night Light, the Reacher Grabber Tool, the Easy Pill Cutter and the Personal Safety Alarm Keychain. It is our best value bundle and covers medication management, nighttime safety and daily independence all in one order.
Q: Can I customise a bundle?
A: We do not currently offer custom bundles however if you would like to purchase a specific combination of products please contact us at safecurehome@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
